根据国家、省学位授予相关文件精神，鉴于新型冠状病毒疫情发展现状，结合我校实际情况，现将我校2020年高等教育自学考试本科学士学位授予工作的有关事宜通知如下：

一、高等教育自学考试学士学位申报范围

2020年高等教育自学考试本科毕业生学士学位申报范围：2019年6月30日至2019年12月30日期间毕业的本科毕业生。

二、学士学位申报条件

高等教育自学考试本科毕业生申报学士学位，应达到以下条件：

（一）德智体美全面发展，掌握本学科、本专业的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能，具有从事科学研究和担负专门技术工作的初步能力；

（二）学习期间无考试作弊记录，且平均成绩65分（含65分，不包括毕业论文成绩）以上；

（三）毕业论文（毕业设计）成绩75分（含75分）以上；

（四）学位外语成绩达到要求。

三、学位外语成绩要求

非英语专业本科毕业生符合下列条件之一即可：

（一）已参加山东省学位外语考试成绩合格、获得合格编号的；

（二）取得全国公共英语等级考试笔试合格证三级及以上；

（三）自学考试本科毕业生课程《英语（二）》；

（四）已获得学士学位及以上学位或具有外语专业专科及以上学历的。

四、学士学位申报工作流程

高等教育自学考试本科毕业生符合授予学士学位条件的考生（2019年6月至2019年12月毕业的本科生），由于疫情影响，减少聚集，采取电子材料收取方式办理，需提供以下电子材料：

1、齐鲁师范学院学士学位申请登记表（见附件）；

2、二寸正面免冠蓝底彩色电子照片(身份证号.jpg命名)、图片尺寸（像素）：宽480，高640、大小:20-40k；

3、身份证（反正面）电子照片、毕业证书电子照片；

4、毕业生登记表（每一页）电子照片；

5、外语合格成绩证明电子照片（用英语（二）或专业英语成绩申请学位证的不需要交此项证明）。
